At Resource Computer Solutions, our clients come first. That is a constant that you can count on. Information technology service is an “essential service” and as such Resource Computer Solutions is open and will remain open throughout this crisis to provide service to our clients and community. We continue to watch the ever-changing recommendations of local, state, and federal governments, which include the sanitizing protocols as laid out by the CDC for the workplace.

The key to any business continuity plan is effective communication. Our client managers will be reaching out to all clients on a regular basis to check in and ensure that we are providing the services necessary to keep your business functioning. Do not hesitate to call or email your client manager or our office, (909) 949-9159, if you need anything.

There are several challenges that the current crisis has created. Communication services like texting and cell phones are a little sporadic at times. We have seen some of the distance learning platforms struggle to keep up with the increased volume. We are working with our clients to come up with plans to function. With all the moving pieces it is essential to have multiple plans ready to address any outages or a service becomes unstable.

Another issue is acquiring equipment for work-from-home employees. Items like laptops, webcams, headsets, keyboards, and mice are taking a few days to acquire except in very small quantities. As retail stores are closing, they will become even more difficult to acquire.

We are posting resources daily on our website that our clients have found helpful.

Each day brings new challenges but know that you are not in this alone. Resource Computer Solutions is here to support you and your business.
