The purpose of RCS' Managed Services Package is to reduce the number of emergencies your company has with your IT environment.  However, it is impossible to eliminate them completely, no matter what our competition claims.  Inevitably, there is a piece of hardware that decides to fail at just the moment you need it most.  When that happens, you call your RCS Managed Services Team and let us take it from there.  For many problems, we will respond by connecting to your system remotely to see if the problem can be corrected immediately.  If not, the technician that connected to your system will be dispatched to be on-site in the shortest possible time (often less than one hour from the first call).  He has the experience and the tools to fix almost any problem in one call.  If additional hardware or communication with other vendors is required, we will provide an accurate schedule to you when you can expect to be functional again and then do whatever is necessary to keep to it.  We can also provide temporary solutions that get you up and running while your systems are being fixed right.

When you have a problem you need it resolved immediately, and RCS Managed IT Services will make that happen.
